Orientation with NAM Select Committee on Women, Health, Refugees, Children, Disaster and Humanitarian Relief
The Network against Gender Based Violence (NGBV) in partnership with ActionAid International The Gambia (AAITG) secured two years project funding from AmplifyChange to strengthen the capacity of the Network and its partners to advocate for the eradication of FGM in The Gambia. One of the activities under the project is Orientation with National Assembly Member’s Select Committee on Women, Health, Refugees, Children, Disaster and Humanitarian crises. The meeting which took place on the 18th of April 2016, brought an interface interaction between the Committee members and officials from NGBV and ActionAid Gambia.
